Starting 1 January 2026, based on IRB (Inland Revenue Board) rules:
- Any single transaction exceeding RM10,000 is not allowed to be included in a consolidated e-Invoice.
- It must be issued as a separate e-Invoice
What you need to do:
- For any sale above RM10,000, please request full buyer details (name, Tax Identification Number (TIN), NRIC or business registration number (BRN), contact details)
- This information is required to issue the e-Invoice correctly
What MI2U will do:
- Our system will automatically separate transactions above RM10,000
- These transactions will not be included in the monthly combined e-Invoice
